Why does the message of Jesus Christ brings such scorn?

Proposition:

The ultimate answer to problems isn't political, governmental, social philosophical or physiological efforts but rather the fact that our heart is rebelling against God and Jesus Christ is the one that can only transform us.

Why is it scorned?
Many will scorn because by definition and proposition it's exclusive. We have other name to offer except the name of Jesus Christ.

I don't want to come off as picky. You've got a good blog and I encourage you to continue.

But that term exclusive doesn't quite sit right with me. I know people on the outside call Christianity exclusive but really, when the offer of forgiveness is open to anyone and everyone who is willing to humble themselves before their Creator, that is practically a working definition of "inclusive."

What's more, to fret about there being only one way to a healed and forgiven relationship, a relationship that WE destroyed is just plain weird. Rather, we should be surprised that there is ANY way to restore what we have broken. We should be thankful that God, in His mercy and grace and love would allow any of us a second chance.

Anyhow, good post. God Bless - See you there!
